Today was a fucked up day. My tire kinda gets shredded today and i find out that my rim of my 2 year old car has a crack in it. I call around to some places and found out that they have the rim I need, but I can't get it till next friday. I don't wanna put it on my credit card, so do you think I can ride on a spare for a week or should I try to get it monday since today they close at 6pm(it's currently 5pm)?

In the past I've really pushed the boundaries when it comes to driving on donuts, but I've never had a problem. Doesn't mean you should do it, but as long as you drive as little as possible and keep your speed moderate you should be okay.
Don't take my word for it, though. Unless your donut is brand-new I'd just bite the bullet and put the thing on your credit card.

ive never had a problem with driving on a donut its there for a reason use it. Just dont drive that much and dont speed.

Don't take a spare on the highway or anything rough. They're meant to get you to a tire store and have it replaced within the day, so going a week on normal driving conditions is pretty dangerous. I wouldn't want to risk it.

call your local junkyard and get yourself a steel wheel, shouldnt be more than $10-20 bucks, use that until next friday.
if you MUST be an idiot and drive on the donut, at least have it on one of the non-powered wheels. (i.e. in the back on a front wheel drive car)

i don't wanna drive on the wheel, my luck something will happen. I just bought brand new tires for the rear of the car tuesday and had to CC that. fucking got class monday, If i can get out of work early then i can get it...
