power issue? you got enough juice to power both cards adaquately?
or process of elimination. try each card seperate. if it happens with one specific card in, bunk card.
EDIT: Taking the SLI Bridge off of the two cards fixes the issue. Apparently it's a problem with the NVidia drivers as any driver set from 84 and back work fine with the bridge on, but with the optimizations made in the new updates, taking off the SLI Bridge doesn't lose much(if any at all) performance.
Ran into an odd SLI graphic bug using my dual 7600gts today, it seems that if I run them in SLI mode, then any game produces small green dots/discoloration around anything...but running it in non SLI works fine.
With SLI(artistic recreation, due to taking a screenshot in SLI mode results in the image looking perfect):
Without SLI:
Anybody know whats causing this, or perhaps have run into it themselves?

What motherboard and powersupply do you have?
the psu is a 700w OCZ and the mobo is an nvidia optimized Asus, there's no issue other than the drivers for the graphic cards(as i've covered in my original post's edit).

wish i could help. last time i did sli was when voodoo did it originally (two voodoo II's!). might want to ask at the sharky boards.
off the top of my head i can only think of a cooling problem. like i said, try them individually to see if perhaps one does have a malfunction and then narrow it down from there.
