What, don't shave everyday, or don't get electrolysis on my balls?

    Dr. 90210 where are you?

Don't shave with a regular razor.

  3. Electric razors won't give as close of a shave as a normal razor, but for those of us with sensitive skin, they are the only way to go.

I've been using them for years, only the non-rotating style, I hear those can a bit painful.

Not sure what brand mine is without looking, but it was like 80 bucks and works pretty well.

Like others have said though, if it gets to long you are SOL, but if you keep to trimming everyday you should be okay.

    Unconfrimed.

If you have short curly hair, and you get the type of super close shave associated with real razors, the hair will curl back into your skin. The hair grows into the skin, bringing all the dirt on your face underneath. You don't want a close shave.

Most black guys don't use razors for this reason.

    Oh my, yes.
They can be extremely painful. Last may i went on a trip with some friends and forgot my razor, so i asked if i could borrow my buddies. Sure, we clean it all out, and he says "i'll tighten it up so you get a nice close shave" of course i'm all about that "Thanks!" i say.

Then half way through my face starts to burn, and this thing cuts the fuck outta my neck.. it starts bleeding all over.. and i end up with red marks all over my neck the rest of the weekend..
Murder attempt i say.. he denies any attempts at sabotaging me..

In conclusion, the rotating head razors like that Norelco can destroy your neck. I avoid those ones and stick to the rest, i have had no problems other then having to touch up with a real razor quickly afterwards.

Didn't know those were made by Braun.

And as far as saving time, I have to rub my electric in circles all over my face for 20 fucking minutes to make it come even close to looking like I didn't weed-whack my grill. I usually end up grabbing the blade and fixing the shit up anyway, especially on my neck (the front of my neck, thank you very much).
Eh, electric razors work great on me. They get me nice and smooth, and it's quick, fast and easy.

Besides, I have really sensitive skin on my face. If I use a blade, even with "sensitive skin" blades and shaving cream, I lose a gallon of blood and my face is beat-red for hours. It's fucking nasty.

I've never had a problem with that. I've always used Norelcos and they've never cut me.

  10. All razors give me ingrown hairs, even beard trimmers do it sometimes.
I gave up on shaving years ago because I'd rather look all scruffy than have a beard of puss and scabs.

Those Andis clippers Brisco Bold posted look like they might work well for me, though, if they're just very precise clippers like they appear to be.

I've tried electric razors in the past, but none of them worked worth a shit. They'd leave half of the hairs untouched, and rip the rest out.
