Last weekends free UFC on Fox was one of the best shows I've ever seen. Every single person brought it, even the losers are winners in my book (which I hate two of them normally). Vera's heart cannot be questioned after that fight. Machida is the best (legitimate) LHW, Shogun was just a beast, Lauzon looks like he could be a future champ..everyone just looked really good Sat night. It almost makes up for the last PPV.

I really don't like the fights that Machida's fighting style creates. Should he be given the shot at the title? Maybe. Would Shogun getting the title shot be a more interesting fight? Yes.

Huh? Shogun never looked close against Bones. Machida won the first rd b4 Bones wised up and finally started to grapple w/him.

I didn't see either of those fights. I would rather have seen Vera fight Machida and Shogun take the winner. I haven't seen Bader fight much recently, but what I have seen is the worst.
