When I hit some person I usually flee the scene, I'm not ashamed to admit that. They WILL take your license if you drive drunk or on drugs, so I have no choice. :/ Besides I hate looking at blood and listening to cries of pain.

People really need to upgrade to cell phones with cameras installed. A friend of mine was able to get police to track down some punk after he got sideswiped on the drivers' side.
