Good question.

One of my friends has a blow starter in his car because of DUI (equivalent to DWI in the states). It's fun to make fun of him because of the stupid way he has to start his car. You can't just blow in to it, you have to make a humming noise to get it started. Everyone always makes that noise when they see him now.
