The best Christmas episode of any Japanese show is Episode 10 of Love Complex, BAR NONE. It's completely twisted, and follows the psychological breakdown of every character as they contemplate suicide followed by "Merry Christmas." It's hysterical and creepy. I love that show.

There's probably no less than 5 Xmas episodes of Ranma 1/2 across its 30 seasons or whatever. Same for Urusei Yatsura.

You're Under Arrest has a good one, with Strikeman dressing up as Santaman. (Strikeman = pimp)
