    I've been sacked.

    I had been working as a computer technician for the past 2 years or so and Wednesday it finally came down to the "we need to talk" stage of my job.

    "There isn't a whole lot going on blah blah I need to cut costs blah blah As of today you're done blah I'm sorry etc. blah."

    /quick rant

    This happened to me too mid-November. It all turned out for the best. I make way more money now and work is closer. You will find something better.
