Thread: The Best 10 Living and Active Rappers

  1. TI
    Clipse
    Nas
    Lupe Fiasco
    Ghostface Killah

Ten is too many. I felt like these guys all put out pretty awesome albums this year, TI especially. Also MC Chris is terrible most of the time.

edit: What the heck has eminem done recently besides that one song with Akon? I heard was only on like 5/22 songs on that mixtape he just put out.

My friend has his own label under Sony now, I can't wait for you to hear his albums.

Well the RE-Up is the newest stuff, but he had a joint with
Trick Trick earlier this year. I have Fishscale but there
were too many skits, I need to give it another listen.
Clipse is okay. I never have been high on Nas, Lupe has yet
    to impress me.

  5. Korian, you posted the wrong list. This is the 10 Best, not the 10 Worst Living and Active Rappers.

    1, 2 & 3: Mr. J, Stro and Rez of The Procussions
    4: Abdominal
    5: Diverse
    6: Mos Def
    7: Talib Kweli
    8: Asheru
9: Double K of People Under the Stairs
    10: L*Roneous

  6. 1. Talib Kweli
    2. Nas
    3. Mos Def
    4. Lupe Fiasco
    5. Mos Def
    6. The Game
    7. Kanye West
    8. Jay-Z
    9. Eminem
    10. Strong Arm Steady

Is it just me or is Korians list really bad?

You'll see. I'm not allowed to share or I'd link/post some songs.

  8. Aesop Rock
    Rakim
    Chuck D
    Prince Po
    Pharoahe Monche

    Satoshi Kon: 1963-2010

  9. As far as I'm concerned the producers are the real stars of rap. The asshole who rhymes over the beat is replacable.
