Can't do that at work. I've been trying to connect at home with mIRC and it won't work either. I can connect, I just don't see the tnl channel, and can't connect with the cmd line shit either.
Try downloading mirc and connecting to the chat

edit: appears to actually be a problem on your end, fire up ye olde command prompt and paste results from 'nslookup irc.chat-solutions.org' and 'tracert irc.chat-solutions.org' here

maybe your job has some kind of netnanny style firewall up preventing you from connecting to the usual irc port range then, s'all I can think of
I'll investigate further some other time. Not going home tonight. I don't think it is blocked ports though because this is happening at home too, where I know that none of that is going on. Better luck later.
Yea I get the null message too with the webchat. Its been going on for 2-3 weeks.
