Thread: Streets of Rage Remake

  1. #11
WTF... I follow their link and get a "no hot linking" image.

  2. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=MMZAGC5C

Megaupload and ZShare suck, but not as much as 503 errors.

  3. Here's my excuse to get Windows reinstalled and set up today, I guess!

  4. The controls are surprisingly good with a gamepad. Does anyone know if you can save your progress at any point? This seems fun, but I don't know if it can hold my attention for however long it takes to beat in one sitting.

  5. I think Play did a little piece on this recently. I'll definitely download it ASAP.

  6. You can only save your profile, but I think the things you unlock remain after you power off.

I was going to post this today, as I just put up an article on it at my site.

    Great stuff for SoR fans!

  7. Xbox port pls (Beats of Rage had one).

  8. This should be continuously on the first page. And all that have a pc and love Streets of Rage should download. And if you can't I'll give you the zip file.

  9. I finally got around to actually playing this. Pretty impressive stuff.

Playing this reminded me how much I love SoR, especially #2. It took such and generic and overused theme but it did it with such style that it didn't matter. The gameplay and music are timeless. I don't think the remake's levels flow as well as playing the actual Genesis games but it's still damn good.
