Does anyone have a walkthrough in relation to getting official psp demos to run on custom firmware? No matter what I do, I'm having issues with the 3.10AE firmware in regards to booting demos(and if i start the psp with a umd in the system, i have to eject it before the system goes to the normal available menus).

edit: well after some trial and error i've gotten a few demos to work so far(loco roco normal and halloween edition demos), but i know for a fact that the newly released Syphon Filter(and the Medal of Honor demo) just won't run on my system. Anyone else having similar issues?

Go into recovery mode (hold R while booting up), go to configuration and set homebrew to 3.03 kernel. MOH should work.

Since i'm using the 3.10EA or whatever it's called custom firmware, when i go into recovery mode I only get the option for 1.5 or 3.10 kernel

I dont think games can detech custom firmwares. Are you downloading these games straight from Sony?

Negative, I am acquiring these demo's from the TNL thread that's dedicated to them actually(well, I did score the xmas LocoRoco demo from pspupdates).

HAY GUYS, i just recently got a PSP, downgraded the FW to 1.5 and then installed dark alex's 3.10 FW... Then I loaded up r-type delta and ran into my first serious problem with this beautiful little handheld: playing it for more than 10 minutes leaves my hand terribly sore and looking like a gnarled claw..

Is there any accessory out there that improves the grip (makes the PSP a bit thicker, if you will)?
