Finished reading all of Flashpoint today. meh.
Started reading The New 52. So far I read Batman and Robin, Batgirl, and Justice League. Batman and Robin seemed alright. Reading Animal Man now.

I'm looking forward to reading Animal Man and Swamp Thing, they seem the most Vertigo-y of the bunch.

I finished Animal Man and Batwoman.
Animal is...I don't know. Vertigo-y definitely fits. Weird artwork (I have to admit that though I've heard of Travel Foreman, I don't think I've ever seen anything of his.) and very muted colors. It was a shock coming off of the other comics.
I think I like it the best out of the what I've read so far.
I have no idea who Batwoman is, aside from a lesbian endless? Nice art though.

So far Detective and Action comics have been the best for me. Green Lantern was decent, but only if you'd been reading it from before the reboot.

I'm not a fan of Joe Bennet, but Deathstroke was pretty good.

Are they doing one-and-done stories, or setting up big arcs and brand-new continuity bullshit?

Deathstroke has done the best of marrying the two so far. Nice little establishing story that has tendrils that will lead into the overall arc,

Demon Knights could be interesting. I've always liked The Demon. Diogenes Neves is another name I don't know, but he can draw one hell of a dinosaur, I mean dragon.

Yeah, Demon Knights really intrigued me. A lot of stuff came out this week so I only grabbed a few, but I'm gonna go back for Demon Knights and Batwoman eventually.

Most of these #1's are selling out, so I guess that's good for LCS' business and DC.

So far Animal Man, Swamp Thing, and Detective have been my favorites. I thought Animal Man was great. I also liked Green Arrow, but mostly because I like Dan Jurgens old school looking art. I also thought Bat Girl and Suicide Squad were good. I thought Action was just ok. However, I'm a fan of Grant Morrison, and I've thought other first issues of his have sucked only to later think they were awesome after reading his entire story. I want to check out Demon Knights, Batman and Robin, Frankenstein, and Resurrection Man, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
