I'd rather read stuff like Chew, Rasl, any number of shorter Image series (Luther Strode, Witch Doctor), even Powers, than regular DC/Marvel. That's not saying I don't get a couple mainstream series, but mega-continuity sucks in comparison to stories that either have beginning/middle/end or, in the case of Powers, at least only have one world and series in that world to develop.

Also, drawing is hard. I know he's a pro, but I can't help but feel some sympathy for someone who has to put out as much work a month as a comic artist.

You should check out the most recent Bloodstrike that came out a few weeks ago... there are so many Liefeld fuck-ups. The first page has one of his dumb characters holding a pizza with the wrong thumb on their hand. We were just laughing non-stop looking through it.-
