For people who don't know Dick Grayson has his identity as Nightwing revealed to the world by the Crime Syndicate during Forever Evil, it's during this he's also killed and revived. They want to let the rest of the world and characters think that Grayson is still dead and are having him be a "hero" in a different way.
Snyder and Cappullo on Batman going 30 issues now, Tomasi on Batman and... going on 30 issues now. Gail Simone on Batgirl going on 30 issues now, Azzarello and Chiang on Wonder Woman going on 30 issues now (granted their run is almost done), Johns was on Aquaman for 25 issues, on JL going on 30 issues now, his Green Lantern run while ending at issue 20 of the N52 is actually measured in years total. Hell the entire GL team went a good few years on their representitive books. Manapul and Buccellato's Flash run lasts 30 issues, and now they're taking over Detective Comics. Lemire I believe has had Animal Man for the books entire run in the N52, and he's the ongoing for Green Arrow since issue 17, along with doing about 15 issues of Justice League Dark. Most of the creative team changes have been for books that weren't working outside of a few titles. It's a shame to have lost Williams and Blackman on Batwoman, but the last 6 months or so of their run was just dawdling anyway. Granted that was a stupid editorial choice by DC, characters should be allowed to be happy.
No things aren't perfect with DC editorial and I wish they would get rid of Didio, and the dude who was a big editor at Marvel during the 90s (forget his name). That said though you make it sound like it's a revolving door of creative teams across the board, and that's just not the truth at all. Most books have a stable creative team, and most of the ones that got changed did so because they weren't working.
