    iOS 6.1 untethered jailbreak now.

Cydia is hammered so hard right now, and OpenBackup doesn't work. Hold off.

  4. #3824
    6.0.1 untethered jailbreak already.

  5. So I just updated itunes from an old ass version to 11.01.12...and it wants to remove a ton of podcasts and music if I sync. Unfortunately I had to update because Flash is a bitch that can't pay it's own way and won't let me import sound without updating itunes and quicktime.

I don't see any way to just continue adding podcasts, etc. like before without removing things. Basically I don't have time to deal with itunes nonsense tonight- did anyone already figure this out?

  6. #3826
    Remove from your phone?

  7. No, ipod classic. After I updated, and without my ipod connected I refreshed my podcasts. I got the new ones like expected, but I noticed that a bunch of podcasts are missing from several of them. I can't just drag and drop the new ones onto my ipod like I've been doing. It's either sync and lose a bunch or nothing as far as I can tell.

I don't know, I've had everything all in one library forever. Can you click "download all" in the podcasts tab and get the missing ones, or am I thinking about this the wrong way?

  9. Well, if that button still exists I don't see it. The music is my fault, since it wasn't contained in my library. I think I still have most of it on my computer though.

The podcasts however were all downloaded from itunes, directly into the podcasts folder. For some reason itunes just wants to get rid of some of them. All the podcasts are there, it's just that a few of them are missing some episodes that I already have on the ipod.

I don't know if it's a weird thing where each podcast decides to remove some or prune them or what. I guess I'll see if I can delete them from the library without removing the files from the computer and then add all of them back. So lame.

in sidebar click podcasts. in the lower left click settings. make sure auto-delete isn't turned on. click "list view" to download everything click the triangle to expand the podcast, then click the arrow. You'll see it.

This isn't really that bad. select and delete everything through iTunes, but don't move to trash when given the opportunity. Import the podcasts folder and they should all show up again. Try the other part first.
