I just cannot care about Ghost. I tried, but I don't understand why, like, metalcore kids have it in their top 5.

I'm not metalcore or a kid but I unashamedly like ghost.

No, I don't mean to infer you are, it just strikes me as incongruous when I see it on end of year lists by those type of folk.

Nah, I know. But in the spirit of full disclosure, I have them at #4 on my year end list, between Tau Cross at #3 and Sulphur Aeon at #5.

It's all a little too clean and open sounding for my tastes. I like my heavy music abrasive and dirty, like its raining rusty nails.
