Thread: What Are You Listening to? Part 2

  1. I like da beatz and dialog sampled from old movies.
'Splains my adoration of (old but not new wave old) Ministry as well.
    Dope hat is teh jamz.

Never got into MM, probably for stupid reasons. Everyone I knew that was into them at the time was a real asshole. I recall one guy liked to put puppies and kittens into sacks and drown them. Another was a fat girl that was way into poop and gay jokes.

Noped right away from that fandom.

  4. The fandom is wretched. I'm buddies with Twiggy's (bass player Geordie) brothers Wes and Dustin. When the band came to town we'd get passes and gawk.
    Boo, Hiss.

  5. Underground Resistance- Jupiter Jazz
Said to be Manabu Namiki's inspiration for Battle Garegga's "Underwater Rampart" (stage 2 BGM). Ys VI's "Ruined City of Kishgal" is also a bit similar. Love it.

Somebody earned their money in that group. It's subtle, but someone went to the trouble of giving lum kneecaps and elbows and joint creases. Something often forgotten in anime.

  8. Ahh, kneecaps, elbows and joint creases. The most entertaining body parts.

There are no rules, only consequences.

  10. Just watched the movie "Neighbors" on laserdisc, started reading up on it. Great movie! John Belushi commissioned (and singes backup on!) a title track from the band Fear that did not end up in the final movie for whatever stupid "safe" reason, this finally got released on an EP. In trade for the song not working out, Belushi got Fear a musical guest spot on SNL. They destroyed the stage and got banned lol.
