Don't forget the horny tentacle monsters!

Yeah, I find it interesting that he says Japan needs to "start" learning from the west. Japan has historically borrowed much from the West. RPGs, Platform games, and Adventure games in particular are a definite result of ideas traveling across national borders. Resident Evil absolutely wouldn't exist without Alone in the Dark, Dragon Quest wouldn't exist without Ultima, Pac-Land wouldn't exist without Pitfall.

  7. Has everyone forgotten the greatness that is GOD HAND?

You should all be groveling at CAPCOM's feet for bequeathing such a treasure upon us.

    For shame.

Clover sucked. Good riddance. Capcom is a better company now than they were when Clover existed. It's addition by subtraction.

I could make a stupid joke about Japan needing a "Common Sense Training," but they actually have one.
Funny how you mention Blue Dragon, because it's exactly what's wrong with Japanese developers. By all accounts it is a SNES RPG with pretty graphics. Sure the Japanese and F-chans will eat it up but come the fuck on. It's 2007. That shit needs to stop.
