They better have a justification for that next episode. So she loses her English (but only speaking) and the plot doesn't include one single element of her needing to be understood and failing. And then by the end she can be understood again (writing). Why are they creating so much time wasting filler when there is so much left to say and no time left to say it?

Well if MiB needs him along with the rest of the candidates to be able to escape and Widmore told Jin that MiB can't leave the island or not they would "cease to exist," I'd say it had a big fucking point.
Just to juxtapose the S1 dynamic of Jin not knowing English and Sun speaking it when they reunite probably.. which is retarded
Why not kidnap Sawyer and Sayid too? Widmore obviously doesn't know that MIB needs everyone, or else he'd have grabbed them all. He kidnapped Jin to ask if he knew about the islands electromagnetic thingamajiggery, which is stupid because they had charts showing exactly where the pockets were anyway.
