This flick can be had for $5-7 bucks at a Target. It's absolutely worth it. Best Michael Douglas IMO.
"Bad news. Your little car's gonna drown. And you're gonna die, wearing that stupid hat. How does it feel? "
I haven't seen this movie in awhile, and I'm not claiming it's great, but it seems like it would actually elicit more interesting conversation today than it did in the Clinton 90s, when it was theatrically released.
As I recall, the primary theme is one of estrangement. I want to watch the movie again to see if I still like it and to figure out why I liked it in the first place. It'll also be interesting to figure out why it was written and released when it was.

Fucking great movie. One of my first DVD purchases.
I haven't seen this movie in ages, but I loved it. Good to check it out again.
One of Micheal Douglas's best. The other Wall Street.
I have to watch this movie again.
I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
Great movie. Love the whammy burger scene (I want breakfast! Someone doesn't like the special sauce Rick!), the 85 cent soda scene (EIGHTY-FI CENTS! 50 cents!), crazy neo-nazi store owner.. just great stuff all around. I gotta pick up the dvd as I haven't seen the movie in years.
THINK ABOUT IT
Saw it the day in opened in the Theatre and to me it was a
story of Class, Economics, Racisim, Poverty. That and the
fact that anoyone could be capabe of violence or could be
pushed over the edge. Kind of a Downer for me, but worth a
view.
I thought it was a decent movie. Thought Douglas was at his best in Black Rain, with Andy Garcia and Kate Capshaw.
