Wow, that's freaky. I came across some older post of yours yesterday linking Ben There, Dan That and played through it last night. It was pretty good. MAYBE I WILL NOW PURCHASE THE SEQUEL.

Anyone here interested in Risen?? Its out in a few days and it's on steam's coming soon list too. I love the Gothic series and this is pretty much the spiritual successor to it but I'm a little concerned that the 360 may be the lead development platform and Gothic 3 was a glitchfest that the community eventually fixed up (mostly). Maybe that was Jowood's fault but I'm in the mood for more Gothic and I'm hoping Piranha Bytes makes up for it with a good game.

I guess its best to wait for reviews but I do hope it turns out well.

Gothic 3 was such a steaming pile of garbage that I will not touch Risen until it is proven to be awesome.

PC was the lead for Risen... but yeah, wait for the first patch at least.

Left 4 Dead 2 is now up for pre-purchase on Steam. Is anyone interested in splitting one of the four-packs? It comes to about $34 each if I can find three more people to pitch in.

Pre-purchasing also gets you early access to the demo. October 26th or so.
