The Steam ones will but the DRM-free ones won't.
Either way, you won't want to use the included emulators (on Steam or otherwise). Dotemu's emulation is garbage. Fortunately, all the games include conveniently-named rom files. Just drop neogeo.zip, mslug2.zip, etc into the folder for your emulator of choice. I recommend the GGPO-powered Fightcade for online play.

As an interesting aside, it seems that DotEmu stole the emulator that is bundled with these Neo-Geo games. It was Gametap's.
