Looks cool, but if that constant jumping is based on the platforms and not the user I'll probably hate it. Reminds me of Alpha Waves.
Ok, now that looks neat! Mirror's Edge, sure, but maybe in a form I'd enjoy more.
In other indie news, that In Profundis game I was interested in made its Kickstarter goal.

What's with all the super-floating?
At least people are keeping the art alive.
But yeah, I'll probably just play Mirror's Edge time trials instead.
Man, Mirror's Edge was so good. They need to make a sequel, and to not fuck it up to placate the idiots that didn't get it.
I played it and just never got into the story nearly as much as the time trials.
I just want more of that.
I just dug the sense of movement and how awesome it was to parkour the fuck out of everything. The more claustrophobic sections weren't the best, and a lot of the later combat was very trial-and-error to a fault, but man, the free-running was so cool.
So Bullet Candy Perfect is free today, if you shoot the creator an e-mail at charlie@charliesgames.com
Recommended for free, it really is one of the best twin-stick shooters out there.

Each day this week, there will be Ubisoft games on sale, in addition to the daily dale on Steam. Today's is that Prince of Persia garbage, but I'm hoping there's a huge Tom Clancy pack at some point, as I have none of those on Steam.
