Get a Hori EX2 pad. 6 face buttons, better dpad than the normal 360 pad, switches to adjust analogue sensitivity (and turbofire, but who uses that?), and games think it's a 360 pad and automagically map it properly.
Wired 360 pad here too. Street Fighter six button pads work well also. I have a Logitech rumble pad, which is perfectly nice except 3/4ths of game maker or 360 ports don't recognize it out of the box without having to run separate software drivers. Le dumb.
My brother, who recently converted to only playing games on PC and 3DS after his second 360 died, sent me this:
I this was his first Steam sale.
I don't even feel like it was a great Steam sale. No bundles, lots of 33% off or whatever. In fact, I worry if the best days of these sales are behind us.
But still, to a thirsty man...
BAH. NO EXPEDITIONS: CONQUISTADOR SALE. FUCK YOU, STEAM USERS, FOR VOTING FOR RISEN 2 OVER IT.
Yeah, I think we've seen the heyday come and go. Still some deals, but nothing crazy like before.
