I sold a sealed copy about 6 months ago for $70 and the strategy guide for $75. I listed them as "Buy It Now" and they didn't last long (paid for my PSP). I still have one sealed copy and I plan to keep that one (because I do prefer to have it on disc).

I have a sealed one that I neither intend to sell nor open and play (since I've finished all these games already). And I don't even really consider myself a collector.

I just can't let go.
