    There's a major difference between Columns and Bejeweled. On the other hand, the 8 billion Bejeweled clones out there are exactly that - nearly identical clones. I can see why they'd want to curb the likes of Zookeeper and Jewel Quest.

    On the other hand, I can't muster up a great deal of sympathy for this specific company. Like K3V just said, they aren't exactly innocent when it comes to blatantly cloning games.

    And there are great casual games out there that don't involve matching three jewels. Try Oasis or The Odyssey: Winds of Athena.
