I don't hate cats.... but my dogs don't bite, in fact, they never bite anyone, they do love to bite their toys. They won't bite on anything that's mine, I have my control pads/joysticks, cables laying about everywhere in the living room and they ignore them because they know those aren't their toys. It is just a matter of training them well.

I never understand the whole "cats are for girls/pussies/fags" mentality. The cat family is made up of the most dangerous land predators on the planet. How does super-predator=girlie?

I have a dog who is an absolute terror at home (fucking beagles, man) but I still prefer her to most cats. Although I do like like my girlfriend's cat because it's really, really strange acting. Dogs need their owner to live, cats can just live outside and be fine.

Here's my experiance with cats and dogs.

Dogs are either averagely cool, they're fun to be with and play with at times. Some dogs are complete douche bags.

Cats some are terrible bitches who wreak havoc and scare people away. While some cats are far beyond cooler than any dog will ever be.

I love em both.

I love both dogs and cats. A well-trained dog of a breed that suits you is an awesome thing to have. I know a lot of cats that are just as playful and funny as dogs, just more independent, soft and snuggly.
