Honourable mentions go to Sonic Team, SEGA, Camelot, UGA, WOW, Hitmaker...
Konami, Sacnoth, and Capcom are decent too...

I also like Smilebit's. UGA however is not particularly to my likeing, Sega's in general is muy cool, but that's going to be said time and again. Personaly, I don't see what the big deal is with Nintendo's logo... it's pretty much just the word in a reletively plain font. Namco's is better IMO, simply for the font which I use alot and so does Isuzu (FYI).

Rareware's is nice.
Treasure's is simple yet charming.
HAL Lab's new logo is nice too but I can't find a picture of it.
