No it isn't. There was a reason why Capcom added the Tiger Shot recovery time when Sagat went from Super to ST. There was a reason why "Old" Sagat is softbanned in Japanese tournaments. You saw that ST tournament video of Daigo vs (I forget) posted earlier in this thread where it was nothing but Tiger, Tiger, Tiger, Tiger, etc. Plus, Sirlin gave Sagat some new tools, and he made the Tiger Shot recovery better than the ST version.

I will say that it's too bad the beta won't have all the characters. It would be a nice way to test all Sirlin's changes before the retail release.

Anywho, if you're that upset, just stick with Classic mode. But don't complain when the rest of TNL plays Remixed mode.
