Did anyone watch/finish Sora no Oto (La Mélodie du Ciel)?

I watched the first couple episodes, then dropped it for awhile. Wasn't sure if it was worth going through more.

The live action movies were the best version of Death Note.

They actually end those at the right spot, rather than meandering on forever like the manga and anime do.

The L movie is hilariously cheesy, also!

Clannad ~After Story~



Entering the final disc and wow. The first series was good, but this one is excellent. Forges a path few animes dare to: what happens after the guy gets the girl? Marriage, family, job. It's not all necessarily happily ever after.

Some crazy intense sadness in the second half. Don't believe I've wept like this for any other anime.

Intro song by Lia is beautiful and emotional, too. Gives me chills. I bought the CD. It was expensive.
