The Dreamcast is dead in the fucking water anyways, what does it matter if the guy wants to burn a few games? Sega ain't making anymore money from them.

He's got a point, put your money towards new stuff.
I'm against piracy for ME. Meaning, I don't think its right for ME to pirate games. I want to support the industry and I want to own the origional. I don't wanna hear about it, and I sure as hell don't condone it, but as long as you aren't selling burns for profit, who the hell am I to tell you what to do.
If anybody asks me I'll tell them I'm anti piracy because I am. Does that give me the right to tell people what to do? Nope.
We sorta have a "don't ask don't tell" policy about piracy here, unless thats the topic at hand. And I tend to avoid those topics...
Christ - If you downloaded games while they were still new and sitting on the shelf and DC was actually needing people to buy it, Shame on you.
The way I see it:
Piracy over New Games - I shoot you in the face.
Piracy over Used Games not availble new - Want me to make you a copy?
To be honest guys, I've had dozens of new Saturn games. Now all of them are burns because the ONLY people I want to make sure are getting the money for them are not and that's Sega and the publishers of those games. I'm not down with paying 150 bucks for RS. For myself, I think that there comes a time within a consoles after-life (DC is entering it right now) that downloading games becomes an option, it is when buying it new is no longer one. HOWEVER....
PSO can be found BRAND NEW at 19.99 (www.gamestop.com) as can many other games you listed. Soul Calibur and several others.
Buy 'em.

Wait TB, so your saying that you'd shoot me for pirating DC games the second it was possible despite the fact I bought about 5x as many legit games for it every 6 months as the average gamer buys in a consoles entire life? That would be pretty dumb... I bought to my maximum capacity to do so, and pirated the rest, NO harm could possibly be done to the industry by doing that.
Agreed with everything you said. W3rd.Originally posted by TracerBullet

Not everyone is like that, sadly. I bet you more than anyone are upset by the fact that not everyone is EThugg.Originally posted by EThugg

I personally can agree and actually approve of EThugg's stance. I sure don't care if EA or 989 Studios makes another dime if I want to try out a game. I can also defiantely agree with TB's stance, as I sure as hell don't want to put another $150 in some dickhead collectors pocket just to play a game like Panzer Dragoon Saga or Radiant Silvergun. But, I am a follower of Master's stance. Piracy just ain't for me, I want to be able to say I "own a copy" of a game if I really want it. (Having an official copy is pretty much the only way to legitably say you "own a game" the way I see it.) That's just how I am.
