    It is. It is announced by Gamestop as shipping on the 5th. I already pre-paid for a copy, as it is a Gamestop exclusive.

    You have it backwards. Rayforce is the best of the Ray series (a.k.a. Layer Section).

  4. What, no Bubble Symphony in the PS2 version? Taito Memories 2 Gekan has it, and TM2 Joukan has RayForce. These two ports turned out perfect. If it gets a US release, I may buy the Xbox version for Pop'n Pop which hasn't shown up elsewhere. Sure, it's in the PC version, but fuck Starforce.

    It's a shame Taito didn't go with the "R-Gear" F3 prototype for RayStorm. That vanishing point perspective hurts RayStorm just a bit. Looks like our only hope for seeing R-Gear is to have it turn up in MAME like Recalhorn did (then again, if we're lucky these could end up in Taito Memories 3).

    Finished in 2021: 8 games (PC: 4, PS4: 2, PS3: 1, X1: 1)

    According to the site, RayForce is on the PS2 game. It's also a million times better than RayStorm (which was still way better than RayCrisis).

    The Xbox version probably isn't coming out here.

    And read the site again, Frog. RayStorm is on PS2, RayForce is on Xbox.

    And our two TL games beat the Japanese ones thanks to the inclusion of Zookeeper on TL1 and all the shooters moved onto TL2.

    Indeed. I love Galactic Attack/Layer Section and Raystorm, but I *HATE* Rayforce.
