You ever hear the story of making Back in Black? It's on the Live DVD.
They recorded it in the Bahamas for a tax break and to give the band a relaxing atmosphere to get over Bon's death. But, when they got there, a storm took out the studio's power and their gear was stuck in customs for a week... so they just fucked off on the beach.
When the axes were cleared and the time came to record, they all filed back into the studio half drunk and sun burnt in Bermuda shorts and Hawaiian shirts. They began to play but something wasn't right. So, they went back to the hotel and changed into blue jeans, t-shirts and boots and came back to rock...
...and today we have one of the greatest heavy metal albums of all time.
