No, that would be Halo. I still need to pick up the Starcraft Battlechest, but seeing as there is still a while before this game comes out, I think I'll wait for it to get a bit more cheaper.

If even that much. You'd probably find it for 15, less if you somehow find the game and expansion separately.

I'd like to play it a little bit closer to release and it will most likely be cheaper by then. I may just go ahead and pick it up after I finish C&C3.

As long as they don't make it too much like WC3, I'll be happy. The low food-limit and extensive micromanagement may work for a WC game, but I want that crap the hell out of SC.

I wonder if they will use this game to segway into a SC MMO like WC3 did...

There's no way in hell this will be out before December 2009, and late 2010 is probably more likely. I'm also guessing it will look nothing like that game footage above.
