  1. News Report: Price Cuts Ahoy!

Microsoft may be the first to start a price war by the end of the summer. Nollenberger Capital Partners analyst Todd Greenwald tells GameDaily BIZ that he thinks MS will slash the 360's price (all SKUs) by $50. PS3, PS2 and PSP price cuts are likely to follow. More within...

  2. Is this guy retarted?

Like many, Greenwald is also astounded by Nintendo's recent success. "We find it incredible that Nintendo has been so successful despite the fact that it is still all but impossible for the average person to walk into a store and buy a Wii,"
You can't find it in stores because people are buying them all up. If you could find them in stores easily it would mean people weren't buying!

  3. I hope any price drop that does happen leads to a serious price correction in Canada. We're being charged an extra $100 above the U.S. price, even though the exchange rate is only ~CDN$1.10 per American dollar.

  6. PSP already dropped price this year, don't expect another. PS2 is still selling better than all consoles but Wii, don't expect it to drop. 360 and PS3 have to drop price, though, and by more than a measly $50.

    Who is this guy again?

  7. and by more than a measly $50.
    50$ is measly for a 400$ item?
