Did an hour on the bike today to make up for my lack of cardio on friday. Full day tomorrow. Should be fun.
Hour of chest, normal distance walk (three miles, Runkeeper didn't track it.) plus a forced 2 mile march carrying a bass and a guitar because I couldn't find a cab that would pick me up. Cabs, apparently, don't pick up shady looking white dudes until you get to the inner harbor.
Soon a three mile walk to pick up Rebecca's car from the shop. Niggas be trekin, son.
Great workout today. Ran 3.5 miles, biked for 21min, and spent about 1.5 hours on upper body. Increased weight on just about every exercise and I felt great about it.
I've been going for 10 weeks, 5 days a week with no skipped days, 60-90 minutes a day. I'm taking next week off then doing the Max-OT program for 8 weeks.
I am looking forward to the week off like I don't even know what. I'm going to buy a video game and play the shit out of that motherfucker. I imagine I'll still go for walks and such, but I'm not even going to think about the gym.
Punished chest today. I added incline flyes to my routine (I've mostly been doing press variations and the pec deck machine) and I'm sore already. Finished with 20 minutes of cardio on the bike set on random, alternating between levels 7 and 8. I'm hoping to be able to go the full 20 on 8 soon.
