I cannot be bothered to videotape myself doing pushups. It's like a half an hour of video converting I'd rather not do.
Convert it in between sets 'o hunerd IMO.

also: pre workout beverage invented today! 8oz of coffee, 8oz reduced fat chocolate milk, 2 scoops of isopure protein powder. Punch the face of god.

RE: push ups - I saw something on G4 a while back showing some Japanese guys doing an ungodly amount of pushups - like around 400 - within a few minutes. Personally, they didn't look like real pushups to me, but then again those Japanese folks have some short arms.
And to think I can only do 40 in one sitting right now![]()

Went to the gym today. I haven't gone in about a month. Due to moving back to NJ and then moving in with a roommate in Philly. In about a week or two I'll sign up with the gym (Bally's).
So, I have a free week and today I did chest. I need to take it slow, due to not being in the gym for over a month. I feel awesome.
I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
