  2. Most dudes concentrate solely on their upper body. As long as they have big guns they don't give a shit if their legs look like they have polio.

    I hit my legs as much as my upper body. In fact, I hit calves at least twice a week.

    1.5x bodyweight deadlift has been pushed back another week. My vagina got in the way of my progress today.

    Two weeks back into running after stopping my regiment in May. 17 miles total last week, and I went five tonight. I had an insane amount of energy and finished really strong. I will once again work at 10% weekly increases.

  10. I had to go to the dentist last Thursday to have a filling redone so I missed yoga. And this week Thursday is Thanksgiving, so there goes yoga again. Fuck.

    There's a bunch of yoga videos on YouTube. Maybe I'll mess around with those.

    Hitting Chest and Tris tomorrow morning, BTW. I'm getting the hang of the 90s for Incline Dumbbell Presses (got 7 full reps last week)...I might try the 95s if I'm feeling extra spicy.

    Here's the Chest exercises I'll be doing, in the order I'll be doing them:

    Bench Press x3
    Incline Barbell Press x3
    Incline Dumbbell Press x3
    Pec Deck x2
