I read about Multivitamins not doing much to make you much healthier but that was just in preventing cancer and shit. Ahhh too much information to try and adjust at one time.
Hah! When I bulk I try to eat up to 8K calories a day... tell me about "kinda tough to hit my nutritional goals". I feel yo DOG!

Regarding omega3s and multivitamins - I recommend them to all of my clients as most people aren't getting near their recommended daily allowances of ____, despite what they think.

I've had people go on fish liver pills and it literally changes their lives. Joint pain and aches dissappear. Pretty cool stuff. Same with glucosamine, it can be a miracle pill for some people.

Like your protein though - you get what you pay for. I mean a burgerking whopper has 29g of protein, why not just eat one of those after every workout?

Started my cut from 180 this week. Didn't get super fat this time (can still see the top four "abs") so not too shabby.

  2. I'll have to pick some (Omega-3 Supplements) up then, especially cause it feels like with this current set of workouts that my shoulders are never recovered.

It's also kinda hard to by myself to keep myself going when I try to imitate the workouts. Probably because I'm not making a set schedule of what workouts I'm doing so I spend too much time on a break. After doing Max-OT for a month (Which I could actually see some pretty good results, but no endurance) I'm having a difficult time adjusting.

So what should I do then if you think I'm somehow fucking myself with $17 things of protein; I mean Muscle Milk is $35 but they tell you to use more in a scoop than you can actually digest at a given time (Recommended serving is 50 grams of protein at a time). Or should I be trying to get the $50 tubs with creatine mixed in and everything. Because if that's the case it becomes too expensive and I'll just use it less.

What am I really missing I guess is what I don't get. Obviously shit like the Burgerking one has probably about 10 grams of saturated fat, near my daily allotment of carbs and half my fat.

The only thing I'm having a problem with really is keeping the carbs lower and reaching the fat. Yesterday I was probably at about 180, 170, and 55. I always remember you saying you eat near 8k calories when bulking up, if a conversation goes into talking about working out, I usually drop something about you in there.

I had a hard enough time with 3000 or 3500 or whatever the fuck I was eating there for a little while. If I could eat animals it would be easy... but NOOOOOOOOO. I've got to have a faggy digestive system.

  4. I love meats.

thief - why do you need creatine? Also depending on your workouts/climbing crap you might not be taking proper care of your shoulders. What kind of recovery stuff are you doing for them?

Muscle milk is no good (depending on your goals), tons of sugar and fat. You can do bettah!

  5. I still like to make a big deal about this brotein.

  6. Jesus fuck that is way more than I'm willing to pay. If it eats away at my budget to actually do stuff it's further than I'm willing to go. It sounds amazing though.

  7. Break down the price into how much it costs per serving, and then shut the fuck up.

  8. It's expensive to eat healthy - that's why poor people are fat.

  9. It doesn't have to be! You just have to be semi-creative with where you get your food.

  10. Nothing is as cheap or delicious as a .49 cone from mcdonalds. That's the bar for which all food is judged.
