    165 at 10-12% body fat makes you look like a monster. Want inspiration? Look up Franco Columbo. Dude was way short.

    I know. I'll get it offically measured one of these days, but looking at myself in the mirror, there isn't a lot of fat on my body. I've never been fat or had the ability gain weight outside of working out. I'm definitely in the lean range for BF %, but maybe not quite the athletic range...yet.

    It has been years. I have been sick for years. It is so stupid.

  10. I'm at 163 from 175. I've injured my ankle on a bender during Christmas so that kept me out of the gym for a month and after two weeks of coming back in February I caught a nasty virus that I'm still fighting off now. Big swole ain't here for me.
