  5. Alright, riding my bike to work has proven rather fast, efficient, and quite a workout on my legs, mainly my thighs.

I incorporated some of your workouts Nemo, not the deadlifts yet, going to work toward those, but I have now split a day focused on my legs. Id enjoy some back work as well.

I also ditched the elliptical again and jumped back on the treadmil, but instead I am doing sprinting intervals (my entire cardio life was mostly spent doing sprints, my muscles are just made that way) and it felt great.

Deadlift and pullups are all you need for super back lat-spread power.

Those cable pull down fuckers will get you set up if you're not in full pull up shape yet. Nemo knows the name of the machine, I'm sure.

A proper set of wide grip pull ups make you feel like Superman. Spread your lats and fly away into the night.

see this is what is so bizzare to me.

at the school gym, I am at only 30lbs assisted on the pullups, I feel like I am finally getting there to be able to support my weight entirely for a decent set.

Then I go to my expensive gym, and I have to be assisted 105 lbs. It makes absolutely no sense to me!

You're either psyching yourself out hard as fuck, or one of those machines is lies.

Related: climbing, because of how often I just basically do a pullup to lunge up a gap, has been doing wonders for my back.
