  7. The kettlebell workout routine (Rite of Passage from Enter the Kettlebell) I'm on has been working out very well. I finally was able to do five ladder sets (5 x 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 reps) of kettlebell clean and press with a 20kg bell, so I'm ready to move on to 24kg next week. Still getting the hang of snatches though.
