Thread: The Workout Thread

  1. Today I'm already at 2,143 calories, 253g carbs, 65g fat, and 141g protein :/

    I replaced my tuna sandwich bread with whole grain flour tortilla with rolled oats and flax from Trader Joe's and also replaced cottage cheese with Greek Style nonfat plain yogurt. I did add a smoothie before workout with 2% milkfat reduced fat milk, strawberries, blueberries, and half a banana.

    This shits harder than I thought. I know I'm going to eat at least once more, maybe twice before I sleep.

    When I'm doing my summer cut for the abs that smoothie you have would be cheat day only. Fruit and milk are great and delicious, but also contain a ton of sugar and extra calories.

    Instead of a smoothie before your workout, try hitting up a pre-workout NO booster, white flood for example. Other than the energy boost, the caffeine will also help to suppress your appetite.

    How important is throwing down the weights to crossfit?

    I would say very important.

  9. Apparently one of the best crossfit gyms in the country is near me? And I guess their philosophy is they want their body to be destroyed in 10 years? I dunno, it just sounds awful and unhealthy.
