I'm down another pound, so 15 in total. They keep coming off because I keep eating right, doing some weight lifting and I walk a lot (about 10-12 miles a day on average) at work and force myself to do so as much as possible.
I think this thing that I've built is the "do it for the rest of my life" type of combination of eating right and being active. I wasn't going to do 6 days of weight training and eat 200 grams of protein forever, I also shouldn't eat like 6k calories a day and play WoW 80 hours a week. What I've been doing for the last six months, the slow changes I've made and the way I've built my diet, exercise routine and work habits are the kinds of things I can do for the rest of my life and maybe sometimes I'll go above and beyond, but there's no reason to fall behind ever again.
