To Dole it was Tuesday.
I need to just really pick a workout and stick with it, If I'm reading the article's suggestion correctly I'm thinking of doing just bench, pull ups one day, deadlift + squats next, and some of the stabilizer exercises he recommended every 2-3 days while adding a little bit of weight to my max every time? I dunno my mind tends to overcomplicate everything and it makes it hard for me to settle on something or if I'm reading too much into certain aspects.
I had grand success with the whole Max-OT thing. Put on 15 pounds over the course of 4 months, and dropped my BF by 5%.
I'd recommend reading up on it.
