    It's pretty simple, really. Hard to overcomplicate compound lifts unless you're obsessive.

  2. I'm just anxious about everything I do, so I tend to obsess and overcomplicate. I just got told a few times that Max-OT wasn't going to help me out with my rock climbing that much though yeah it'd be great for putting on weight and strength. But maybe I'll go back to it anyways at least to knock out the 12 weeks of it.

  7. I got my pull-up bar today only to realize the door frames in this apartment can't support my weight. I'm only 165 and the thing was about to give. Sigh, I'm so sad.

    Which pull up bar did you get? I have this crazy one that supported me when I was 160, and I live in sketchy ass ghetto housing.

  10. I have the Iron Gym. It supports me fine, but the door frame doesn't. And I live in a city, not many trees with low branches here.
