wat. That looks like bullshit form. I'd be more impressed if he were flat on his back. When I was lifting weights I put up 230 at 160 but my back was completely flat on the bench.

I'm impressed at that weight no matter what, but I don't think your back is supposed to bend like that.
Best I ever got to was flat benching two 75 pound dumbbells when I weighed about 160 btw. I still feel ok about that.
