I think we should have to keep 3. Otherwise the person who keeps two or less will have free pick of all the keeper quality players on the board. If your team can't even manage to have 3 solid keepers then you shouldn't get to replace them with better players either.

I too am not completely sure if we are each required to keep all three players, though I would think so. The first three rounds are essentially the keeper rounds, and they are not in the snake-style format that the usual/later rounds are. That, I would think, indicates that an owner couldn't say keep two players and make a draft pick in the 3rd round.

1. You keep three, no matter where they were drafted, without affecting next years draft.

Unless I've misunderstood the rules entirely, this is how ESPN operates. First three rounds are the keeper rounds, the computer automatically picks the players you designated as keeper picks (the deadline to do so is mid-July I believe), then the normal draft starts from the 4th round round.

I'm not entirely sure if our standings in 2007 will provide the draft order in 2008, though I hope so as that is a cool touch to our annual league play.

It better, but considering some of the other boneheaded shit ESPN does I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't.
