Douchebaggery isn't something we're in the market for right now and you seem to exude it at all times aren.

What else have I done in this league that would constitute as "douchebaggery?"

If I had benched all my players and started no one, then I would see a valid season to jump on my case.

Do we have the option of setting the draft order for next year as the season place for those teams in the losers bracket? That would prevent playoff tanking, which is incredibly lame.

edit - How about loser's bracket plays for the first pick? The downside would be that it doesn't help the very worst team get much better. but fuck aren anyway

Losers bracket should always be played for top pick imo. Losers bracket goes top to down and winners bracket goes down to up for picks.

This is an interesting idea. I'd like to hear from others as well on th idea. My only concern is that a guy who missed the playoffs with a good team due to one injury or something could wind up with a crazy team.

I'm not positive that I can set the draft order, but I believe I can.

I don't know about anyone else, but I sure as heck want to win the Consolation Ladder. If the award is winning the first overall pick, definitely sign me up.

I'd be interested to hear Rico, wEEman, and Wasabi's take. I want to make sure we're not going to alienate people from playing next year by punishing them twice for struggling in 2007.

Seriously, stop hatin' on me. It's a keeper league. The only way cheating will happen is if I get cheated out of this league because of poor sportsmanship. That's like saying the Patriots should be removed from the NFL because they run up the score.

Unfortunately, I agree with aren. If he wants to buy-in next year, we really don't have solid grounds not to let him.
